Pride, belonging and high expectations
We believe that high standards matter. A smart, consistent uniform helps to create a calm, purposeful environment where every child feels part of our community and ready to learn. It promotes equality, fosters a strong sense of identity and encourages pupils to take pride in themselves, their school and their achievements.
From the moment children arrive each morning, our uniform reflects the values that underpin life at East Ferry: respect, responsibility and aspiration. We teach our pupils that they represent not only themselves but also our wider school family and we are proud of the way they do so with confidence and maturity.
Working together
We work closely with families to ensure that our expectations are clear and achievable. Uniform should be worn correctly every day and kept clean, neat and in good condition. We greatly appreciate the support of parents and carers in maintaining these high standards, which contribute so positively to our school culture.
Uniform requirements
Our primary uniform consists of a turquoise school jumper or cardigan, white polo shirt, dark grey skirt, pinafore, trousers or shorts, grey socks or tights, and black school shoes. Pupils also wear a designated PE kit and weather-appropriate outerwear in school colours.
